The CVC offers several options to school groups and other groups to enhance their visit to the U.S. Capitol:
Here is how the CVC can help:
- School groups in particular are often on tight schedules. Vouchers are available to prearrange a nutritious and well-timed lunch to be served in the CVC Cafe before or after a tour for students and adult groups.
- Visitors of all ages enjoy taking home mementoes of their trip to the Capitol, but many groups can’t spare the time for everyone to browse the Gift Shops. Souvenir bundle packages for groups can be ordered in advance.
- Beyond a tour of the Capitol, the CVC offers many educational programs for students, including VOTE! This program allows students to learn what it means to be a Member of Congress. School groups can schedule to participate before or after their tour.
